September 02, 2025

1. Product definition and core functions

The Z-axis manual displacement slide table is a vertical precision adjustment device, mainly used for micrometer level height adjustment in optical experiments, precision machining, automation equipment and other scenarios.

Core parameters:

Travel range: commonly 25mm~125mm (such as LZ40/60/80/90/125 series).

Adjustment accuracy: The micrometer knob type can reach 0.01mm/scale, and the straightness error of the cross roller guide rail type is ≤ 1 μ m.

Load capacity: usually ≤ 50kg (such as the scissor lift PT-SD408 with a load of 25kg)

2. Mainstream types and characteristics

Type: scissor lift platform, cross roller guide rail type, dovetail groove/rack and pinion type, worm gear type

3. Selection suggestions

Priority scissor lift platform: limited budget and heavy load required (such as 25kg or more).

Priority cross roller guide type: high-precision (± 1 μ m), multi-directional load (such as robot joints).

Priority dovetail groove type: lightweight, anti reflection requirements (such as optical experiments)
